Branches from the ansa cervicalis innervate most of the infrahyoid muscle, including the sternothyroid muscle, sternohyoid muscle, and the omohyoid muscle.
The four infrahyoid muscles are; the sternohyoid, sternothyroid, thyrohyoid and omohyoid muscles.
