The service rooms: kitchen, utilit y room, bathroom, stores and cupboards, are enclosed in 'cabinets' placed within wings to divide them into separate living areas.
Each bathroom was equipped with grab rails, seats and pull cords so that the resident could summon help if it was needed.
Both hotel staff and attendees should practice effective hand washing after using the bathroom.
