There are hundreds of thousands of such sole traders, who are grappling with the burden of bumph and the other overheads that are the bequest of the past 18 years.
I do not think that everybody reads all the bumph that comes through their doors, but they should have the right to the information if they are interested in it.
They must also remove, particularly from the smaller firms, the burden of administrative bumph, such as the multi-rate value added tax.
The amount of bumph is quite phenomenal and the unproductive finance which it takes to deal with it is equally ridiculous.
