0 past simple and past participle of tour
1 to go on a tour somewhere:
The jobbers toured the neighbourhoods and tried to gather the needed extra hands.
I briefly toured with them as master carpenter and property master.
Then groups of young people played instruments informally, chatted, exchanged, toured the school, played basketball and generally and genuinely interacted.
Finally, after a snack, children toured an ambulance.
I am referring to that set of work which is not so much toured as re-located, that is, re-worked to fit each new site.
