I have a wife, two kids, two dogs, two parakeets and four lizards.
The Carolina parrot is known today as the Carolina parakeet.
Caged parakeets and cockatiels chirp in a back yard filled with herbs and orchids.
So it forbids importing a parakeet without a permit.
However only arboreal mammals and no avian frugivores eat seeds (avian seed predators like parakeets and some pigeons were absent).
Then it is not yet determined whether the case is precedent for upholding refusals to let people import parakeets and other paradigm cases of birds without a permit.
Very few performing tricks on the stage are done with parakeets.
But the open area, where there are fish, parakeets and marmosets, is much larger.
