A pointed cabbage grown by Woodlands Organic Farm won the fresh fruit and vegetable category of the Organic Food Awards.
You will need 350g of carrots, a peeled pointed cabbage, 2 tbsp caster sugar, a large knob of butter and salt and pepper.
Pointed cabbage may not be one of the most exotic, exciting superfood-type vegetables but it has the most gorgeous taste.
