A tortoise of similar size to the Galápagos tortoise is the Aldabra tortoise, from the islands of the Aldabra Atoll in the Seychelles in the Indian Ocean.
But, in the north part of the Indian Ocean, currents change direction twice a year.
It is in the Indian Ocean, off the east coast of Africa.
