Some of our designers in the north-east helped to design the bulbous nose on many ships in use today.
Common features of the face were low hairline, malformed ears, narrow palpebral fissures, depressed and wide nasal bridge, short columella, bulbous nasal tip, and small carpshaped mouth.
The first collar of trunk spines (fig. 6) is on the cylindrical region of the trunk, whereas the second collar (fig. 7) is situated on a bulbous dilation.
The excretory vesicle is a short bulbous sac at the posterior end of the body, containing in many cases a hard yellowish green or brown concretion of irregular shape.

The nasal bridge was depressed and thin, the base was wide, and the tip was bulbous.
