My only gripe is that there are few 'general' papers and nothing on numerical modelling and thus the volume is heavily weighted towards case studies.
My only gripe was to question the wisdom of placing a technical chapter at the beginning of the book.
I have other gripes, but on balance the book is a very worthwhile piece of work.
