Are we to have any scrambler systems?
I should like to try to protect the more beautiful countryside from scramblers, who make a hideous noise on their motor bicycles and are completely foreign to the countryside.
There have been numerous complaints about byway lanes wrecked by four-wheel drive vehicles and scrambler motorbikes which have caused irreparable damage, particularly when the conditions have been wet.
