What is there for the national governors to do?
Take, for example, the fact that many warlords and generals are governors at the same time.
Proposals that achieve a simple majority of votes of the national governors are adopted, provided that this majority represents at least 62% of the population.
The provincial governors who had threatened to resign will not do so.
It is a community which inspired admiration the world over for its achievements and which, much to the satisfaction of its last governor, continues to do so.
In the other groups, it is entirely possible that a country, that is to say, a central bank governor, would not participate in as many as 40% of votes.
