Examples of bronchus

• Examine one bronchus, carefully dissecting away the lung tissue with curved scissors. 

• Parts of the lungs have been removed to show the branching of the air tubes or bronchi which pass into them. 

• The presence of vomited matters in the trachea and bronchi is a valuable sign of drowning. 

• The root of the lung, as it is called, is formed by the bronchi, two pulmonary arteries, and two pulmonary veins. 

• The windpipe between the larynx and the bronchi. 

• The main bronchi appeared normal but small amounts of yellowish mucoid plugs were observed in some bronchioles.

• Considerations initiated by 3 cases of absent spleen with a discordant anatomy between bronchi and atria.
