This means prioritising certain assets—in particular, command and communications, which must be totally interoperable.
The keys to success will lie in the co-ordination and confidence gained through extensive joint training and effective, interoperable communications and equipment.
These standards will need to be internationally accepted, technologically independent and interoperable.
