Will the fly-posting provisions apply to political parties?
I regret that the practice of fly-posting has been adopted by some local recruiting officers.
We all have plenty of experience of fly-posting at election time.
Pedestrian subways are a breeding ground for litter, graffiti, fly-posting and vandalism.
Extensive powers have already been given to public bodies to tackle fly-posting.
Clause 31 (the control of fly-posting) is one example.
I have mentioned it already, and it deals with fly-posting.
Instead, what the clause does is to give district councils a new power to remove or obliterate a particular type of nuisance, namely: "fly-posting".
